~ i is for Integral, which is the name of a theory developed by Ken Wilber
Integral theory is an evolutionary theory which portrays everything – from person to tree to universe – as growing inevitably and together, a grand whole including within itself cycles of birth and death, progression and regression, balance and imbalance, fragmentation and wholeness.
We are an amazing combination of elements – matter, body, and consciousness – living in relationship with other sentient beings, within the grand evolutionary picture.
~ Psych is for psychology
Psychology is the study of consciousness, expressed in behavior, body, and relationships.
Theory: Integral psychology is a theory, which includes development beyond conventional adult maturity to post-conventional stages, which are becoming better understood and more clearly defined.
Practice: Healing, wholeness, and self-transcendence, in therapy, coaching, and growth work.
